Dubai, November 2, 2025 — UAE telecom giant du has officially launched a new cryptocurrency mining service, enabling residents to participate in Bitcoin and other digital asset mining operations directly from within the Emirates, without the need for any hardware, maintenance, or high electricity costs.

According to the company’s announcement, the new “Cloud Miner” service allows users to rent mining power through du Tech’s extensive network of data centres across the UAE. The platform operates on a subscription basis, providing users access to the blockchain ecosystem while simplifying the management of physical mining rigs.

Residents interested in joining the program can register through an online auction running from November 3 to 9, after which operations can commence immediately upon subscription.

The service includes built-in calculators to help users estimate potential Bitcoin earnings based on their chosen computational power.

This new service reflects the UAE’s growing commitment to becoming a regional hub for blockchain innovation and cryptocurrency adoption, as authorities continue to develop frameworks that promote responsible participation in the digital economy.
