Backed by the Public Investment Fund, the vehicle is expected to channel significant long-term capital into high-growth companies while strengthening the Kingdom's role as a regional investment hub. The commitment to deploy at least half of the fund's capital in Saudi Arabia also aligns with the country's broader strategy of attracting global asset managers, deepening domestic capital markets, and accelerating private sector development under its long-term economic transformation agenda.
