The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) opened today with stable performance, as the DFM General Index (DFMGI) traded near 6,127.33 points as of 11:11 AM UAE time. Leading stocks such as Emaar Properties, Emirates NBD, and DEWA saw notable activity.
Emaar Properties led in trading value at AED 14,192,525.80, closing at AED 14.250, down AED 0.050 (-0.350%). Emirates NBD followed with AED 5,098,683.00 at AED 29.050, up AED 0.050 (+0.172%). Air Arabia posted AED 4,579,650.71 at AED 4.700 (unchanged). DEWA saw AED 4,127,863.37 at AED 2.810, up AED 0.020 (+0.717%). Salama traded AED 4,063,380.68 at AED 0.429, up AED 0.004 (+0.941%), and Aman recorded AED 3,848,568.51 at AED 0.381, up AED 0.036 (+10.435%).
In terms of trading volume, Aman led with 10,302,422 shares at AED 0.381 (+10.435%), followed by Salama with 9,438,698 shares at AED 0.429 (+0.941%). Dubai Investments (DSI) registered 3,463,596 shares at AED 0.287 (-0.347%), Al Firdous 3,111,328 shares at AED 0.359 (+3.458%), UPP 2,608,290 shares at AED 0.841 (+0.119%), and Deyaar 2,261,281 shares at AED 1.040 (+0.971%).
Top gainers included Aman (+10.435% at AED 0.381), Al Salam Sudan (+9.353% at AED 0.608), UFC (+5.761% at AED 12.850), Al Firdous (+3.458% at AED 0.359), ERC (+1.901% at AED 2.680), and DFM (+1.212% at AED 1.670).
On the downside, Watania fell by AED 0.025 (-3.333%) to AED 0.725, Takaful Emarat by AED 0.060 (-3.191%) to AED 1.820, MASQ by AED 4.900 (-1.885%) to AED 255.050, NGI by AED 0.080 (-1.338%) to AED 5.900, Union Coop by AED 0.030 (-1.288%) to AED 2.300, and MKHZN by AED 0.020 (-1.250%) to AED 1.580.
