According to a disclosure on the Saudi Tadawul website, the sale amounted to $4.235 million, compared to a cost of $1 million, resulting in a positive financial impact of $3.235 million, which is expected to be reflected in the company’s fourth quarter 2025 results.

Background:
On January 11, 2024, MIS’s board decided to allocate SAR 40 million from internal funding to create an investment portfolio targeting global AI companies, aiming to benefit from growth opportunities in this promising sector.

MIS explained that the sale of the xAI investment comes as part of its ongoing strategy to study other investment opportunities, in line with its approach to maximizing investment returns and diversifying income sources, while leveraging rapid global developments in AI technologies.
