Deyaar Launches Construction of 'Downtown Residence' Vertical Housing Project Redefining Urban Living in Dubai

Deyaar Development has announced the commencement of construction and the laying of the foundation stone for the 'Downtown Residence' project in Dubai. This initiative marks the company’s expansion into high-density residential developments, offering a comprehensive model for modern urban living that combines advanced architectural design, quality of life, and sustainability.

The project adds to Deyaar’s portfolio of luxury residential developments, featuring over 522 residential units ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments, as well as duplexes, penthouses, and a signature urban 'Royal Palace' unit at the tower’s summit. It will also offer more than 75,000 square feet of integrated amenities designed to support vertical living and transform the tower into a self-contained residential community.

During the foundation stone ceremony, Deyaar emphasized that 'Downtown Residence' goes beyond a traditional residential project, forming part of a broader vision to reshape the concept of high-rise living by creating an environment that balances privacy, comprehensive services, and active urban connectivity.
