The Dubai Financial Market closed today with a stable performance, as the general index DFMGI remained close to previous levels, reflecting a clear divergence in the performance of leading stocks, alongside notable activity in some real estate and financial stocks, contrasted by selling pressures on several small and medium stocks.

Most Active Leading Stocks

Emaar Properties topped the list of most active stocks by value, with trading exceeding AED 124.1 million, yet the stock ended the session down at AED 14.20, a decrease of 1.39%.

Emirates NBD ranked second in liquidity, achieving strong gains, rising to AED 28.80 with an increase of 1.77%, supported by active trading of around AED 74 million.

Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) recorded trades exceeding AED 39.3 million, but closed lower at AED 9.48, down by 0.84%.

Emaar Development rose to AED 15.35, an increase of 0.66%, while Salik remained stable at AED 6.28 with no significant changes.

Top Gainers

The top gainers included CHAE, which rose by 5.88% to AED 6.84, followed by AMCREIT, up 5.61% at AED 1.13.

REIT NDXB (USD) gained about 2.47%, and ALSALAMSUDAN increased by 1.79%, while Emirates NBD continued its positive performance among the gainers.

Top Losers

Conversely, UFC led the losers list, dropping by 9.64% to AED 12.65, followed by EKTITAB with a decline of 4.61%, and MKHZN down by 4.55%.

ITHMR decreased by 2.58%, while SALAM_BAH and AMLAK fell by approximately 1.8% each.

The closure of the Dubai Financial Market today reflects a state of caution among investors, with liquidity concentrated on leading stocks, particularly Emaar and Emirates NBD, as profit-taking continued on other stocks.
