Khazna Data Centers, a global large-scale digital infrastructure provider, has entered into a major long-term commercial agreement with Presight, listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, to deploy an advanced AI-driven facilities management platform. This includes establishing a unified central command center to manage data center operations.

The contract builds on the strategic collaboration announced at GITEX Global 2025 and represents a key step in launching the Khazna NexOps initiative - an internal operational entity aimed at unifying operations, personnel, technologies, and governance across Khazna’s global data center footprint.

Under the agreement, a central command center will provide real-time visibility and coordinated operational oversight across Khazna’s data center portfolio. This will accelerate decision-making, enhance operational resilience, and optimize management of high-sensitivity workloads for AI-era infrastructure.

The solution is based on Presight’s upgraded facilities management platform, integrating data from various systems into a unified intelligence layer. This supports predictive and proactive maintenance, early fault detection, and performance optimization across operational assets.

Implementation includes digital twin technology via Presight’s “Meta-Intelligence” platform, offering real-time 3D virtual representation of infrastructure for scenario simulation, spatial asset analysis, and advanced operational planning.

The platform also features specialized tools for energy efficiency and sustainability, tracking energy use and carbon emissions, ESG reporting, and benchmarking across sites.

Khazna stated that this partnership enhances its ability to operate highly complex and critical digital infrastructure while ensuring service continuity for clients with mission-critical workloads, supporting its rapid global data center expansion.

Presight views this project as a demonstration of its ability to turn advanced AI technologies into scalable operational platforms that meet the growing demands of modern digital infrastructure in terms of size, density, and energy consumption.
