Maden has announced the awarding of the main contract for its residential projects 'Nawaif East' and 'Nawaif West' on Hudairiyat Island, with a total value of AED 5 billion, representing the largest contract award in the residential project sector in Abu Dhabi for 2025.

The contract includes the construction of 735 luxury villas, reflecting Maden's commitment to applying the highest global standards in design and execution, within its major development projects in the emirate.

Diverse Designs and Exceptional Specifications

The projects offer villas with a variety of architectural designs and a wide range of space options, ranging between 350 and 2700 square meters, with residential units containing 3 to 8 bedrooms, and spacious living areas that meet the requirements of upscale lifestyles.

Unprecedented Urban Development

The units of 'Nawaif East' and 'Nawaif West' are distributed across the largest two artificial hills in the region, reaching heights of 45 and 55 meters, a first in urban development for regional residential communities, providing panoramic views and a unique living experience.

Integrated Facilities and Modern Lifestyle

The projects also include integrated sports and commercial facilities, along with a range of upscale cafes and restaurants, as well as a dedicated cycling path network spanning 220 kilometers, enhancing sustainability concepts, quality of life, and active transportation.
