Makkah Construction and Development Co. has finalized the purchase of a strategic plot in Makkah for nearly SAR 980 million, as part of its plan to strengthen its portfolio of prime real estate assets close to the Grand Mosque.
According to a statement published on Tadawul Saudi Arabia, the transaction was completed through a public auction organized by Adeer Real Estate on Tuesday, 30 December 2025. The land is located on Ajyad Street, approximately 500 meters from the Grand Mosque’s plaza, with a total area of 6,985.88 square meters.

- Purchase value: Approximately SAR 980 million, including commission and real estate transaction tax
- Seller: Center for Expropriation and Liquidation “Infath”
- Buyer: Makkah Construction and Development Co.

Planned Mixed-Use Project:
