Bloomberg | Oil stabilized while holding onto gains as traders concentrated on U.S. President Donald Trump's upcoming actions regarding Venezuela and evaluated the repercussions of damage to the crude oil export terminal in the Black Sea.

Brent crude was close to $63 per barrel after rising by 1.3% in the previous session, while West Texas Intermediate was trading above $59. Trump held a meeting on Venezuela Monday evening in the U.S., as U.S. troops gather near the country and the president increases pressure on Nicolás Maduro's government.
