Inflation in British stores eased to its lowest level in five months as retailers launched Black Friday deals earlier than usual to attract shoppers. The inflation rate dropped to 0.6% in November compared to the previous year, down from 1% the month before, according to the British Retail Consortium on Tuesday. The deals were particularly strong in health and beauty, electronics, and fashion.
