The 'Green Shield' system, implemented by Core 42 (G42's digital infrastructure arm), operationalizes legal sovereignty through unified controls for identity management, access rights, data security, compliance, auditability, and business continuity. This ensures sovereign control is maintained even as workloads shift across multiple cloud environments.

G42 states this model enables governments to deploy AI technologies immediately, without being constrained by early or rigid infrastructure decisions, while maintaining long-term flexibility and scalability.
