Gold prices in the UAE and Gulf have seen a slight increase today, with the price of 24K gold per gram in Dubai reaching AED 506.25, up by AED 0.50 from yesterday. This rise is driven by increased local demand ahead of the holiday season and expectations of higher Asian demand.

In Saudi Arabia and Qatar, the price for 21K gold is around SAR 448 (or QAR 448), while prices in Kuwait and Oman remain relatively stable at AED 385-450 for 22K gold, according to data from Dubai Gold & Jewelry Group.

Experts predict an additional increase of 1-2% next week if geopolitical tensions in the Middle East persist, although global inflationary pressures may limit momentum, with investors focusing on Federal Reserve data tomorrow.
