Google Says First AI-Powered Glasses with Gemini Will Arrive in 2026

According to Bloomberg, Alphabet's Google announced it is developing two different categories of AI smart glasses to compete with current models from Meta Platforms: one with screens and another focused on audio. The first AI glasses that Google is collaborating on are expected to arrive sometime in 2026, as mentioned in a blog post on Monday.

Early partners in the hardware include Samsung Electronics, Warby Parker, and Gentle Monster, although no final designs have been revealed yet.
